Refund Policy

By making a payment to the Trust, students and applicants agree to the terms stated in this policy.

Admission guidance and support
Scholarship assistance
Documentation assistance
Career guidance
Most services involve administrative effort and professional support; therefore, certain payments may be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Students may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication to the Trust.
Requests should include the student’s full name, registered phone number, and payment details.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed by the Trust management before approval.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be considered if:
Payment was made due to a technical or duplicate transaction error.
The Trust is unable to provide the agreed counseling or guidance service.
Admission assistance service has not yet started and the student requests cancellation within the allowed time period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Payments are generally non-refundable in the following cases:
After admission processing has started
After documentation or counseling services have been provided
If a student withdraws voluntarily after receiving services
If admission is rejected by the college or university due to student ineligibility or incomplete documents
5. Processing of Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Any bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Responsibility of Students
Students are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and academic information
Submitting genuine documents
Meeting the eligibility criteria set by educational institutions
The Trust will not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by students.
7. Changes to Policy
